Peter J. Rice Tries Suicide By Carbolic Acid
Peter Jefferson Rice, 42, of Moberly Missouri, drank nearly two ounces of carbolic acid at 12:80 today after arriving in town to work at Mobely Paving Klok Co. He was found unconscious on a room floor at 827 South Fourth Street and taken to Woodland Hospital with very little chance of recovery. His mother Mrs. Florence Ries lives in Butler Missouri.
