W R Samuel closed a real estate deal Monday selling to Jones & Davis the J H Smith tract near Neney Switch in F Paso Texas. The 103 acre parcel adjoins the Wabash railroad and lies near the county's prime coat lands. Purchase price 2600, with coal vein over four feet thick. Jones & Davis plan to open the land as soon as possible.
