County Commissioners Meet to Open Coal Bids and Budget
Davison county commissioners convened September 7 1909 at Mitchell to open coal bids for court house use and to approve tax levies and various routine appropriations. The session covered abatement of certain taxes, salary and bridge funds, and a coroner and police fee ledger with multiple disbursements and a resolution clarifying historic personal taxes not a lien on land.
