After a heated altercation Sobowsky shot Hills and then killed himself.
A long investigation traces Stonewall J De France, now serving seven years in Jackson prison, through Indianapolis under the alias Cameron Elliott. An affidavit by Indianapolis attorney John Duncan links the man to a 1892 real estate trip and forged drafts totaling seventy thousand dollars, thwarted by a New York bank alert before he moved on to Minneapolis where he swindled a local bank of twenty eight thousand.
The Comte de Paris Louis Albert Phillipe d Orléans died at Stowe House in London early Saturday after cancer of the stomach. He served on General McClellan s staff in the U S Civil War and wrote a history of the conflict. His burial is planned at Weybridge Surrey with date unannounced.

Lena Olson, a Minneapolis domestic of four or five years, was identified from the Duluth beach body found Aug. 21. She deserted Minneapolis with a man known only as A. A. Austin, claimed from Los Angeles, who likely killed her for about 900 dollars she possessed. Olson was born near Decorah, Iowa.
