City Hall Starter Funds Approved by City Council
The city council approved a $4000 start for the city hall with plans to heat the Carnegie library and city hall from a joint plant. Treasurer Kibbee reported a healthy balance after receipts and disbursements, and mayor Silsby urged immediate partial construction to enable timely plant installation.
