Open Letter Questions Davison County Politics and Passes
A populist writes to John Colvin asking if passes from railways influenced his election and calls for accountability. He questions mileage, requests repayment or donation of passes, and seeks consistent action on anti pass laws, ending with a note about a prior election and party loyalty. The letter appears in The Capital, prompting reflection within the populist ranks. The piece is followed by a guest list for an evening event with Misses Rowley to Harker, praising entertainment.
