Changes on the Mitchell Council as three retire
The Mitchell city council held its last meeting of the old council on Monday evening with Mayor Seaman in charge. Aldermen Kings Logan Reierson McDougall Pollard Obland Webber and Levinger answered roll call. Little business was conducted beyond routine bills approved by the finance committee. Mayor Seaman spoke to the council when all business was completed.
