Supreme Court to decide point in Floyd case
MINNEAPOLIS March 20 Chief Justice Gilfillan granted a writ of habeas corpus in the Floyd brothers case over their bank looting conviction. The question is whether they can be sentenced after court adjourned even if adjournment was rescinded. The writ returns April 3 and the prisoners remain in jail.
