She was born in New Brunswick in 1823, married in 1847, and lived in Ohio Iowa Mitchell and Wabash before passing March 11 1909.

Vermillion to Host Fourth Annual South Dakota High School Meet
The Vermillion campus of the state university will host the 1909 South Dakota High School Athletic Association field meet on May 21 and 22. A declamatory contest opens Friday evening with preliminaries possibly held across the state. Gold silver and bronze medals will be awarded for top places and the state championship banner goes to the highest scoring school.
