Pettigrew and Taylor defalcation link denied in bank note case
The article notes Pettigrew met a 35000 debt with a Cincinnati bank and later, after a transaction with Ta, handled a 5000 note. It asserts Pettigrew’s lack of connection to Taylor’s alleged defalcation. It also covers a Pettigrew note, a bank telegram, and confirms no grounds for Taylor involvement.
