Real estate transfers filed in the Davison county register of deeds show 48 instruments for the week up to noon, totaling about 100000 dollars with several deeds recorded for only one dollar. Most transfers are local between residents, including purchases by Dakota Wesleyan University and multiple private buyers in Mitchell and surrounding townships.
It was announced late yesterday that F. E. Oyer would return to Mitchell to assume the management of the Oyer Cloak and Suit Company store. Heirs Belle Pattison William Pattison Thomas Pattison and Nancy Barber are notified. Court in Mitchell issues date time and location for the probate proceeding.
