City Council Deliberates Water Rents and Drain Plans
Mitchell council met in a special session with Aldermen Vollard Kings McDougal Levinger Indra Bracy Simpson. They voted to instruct the marshal to shut hydrants if water rents remain unpaid by July 1 1895 and approved Main Street drain plans with two temporary pipes at a total of 58 dollars.
