Two Cambridgeport youths arrested in Chicago theft case

Deputies nab thief in three-year gang spree
Deputy Cowley and detective Broderick from Milwaukee brought Frederick Semf to Bowvie in Emmons county after he broke into a car on April 24 and stole merchandise. They recovered goods from Ipswich last July and elsewhere, with Semf’s father at large in the hills. The arrest breaks up a long running thieving ring.
