The Mitchell Dakota City Council amends section 16 of the water works rules to require twelve month licenses from June 1 each year with pro rata terms for late applications and six month licenses for water wagons street sprinklers and fountains. Licenses must be prepaid and delinquencies enforced by the treasurer and superintendent with penalties for shut offs.
