Pastor Arraigned Over Abusive Language Claim
Rev. C. L. Haysen of the new Congregational church on High Street was arraigned before Justice Upchurch Ravine Wisconsin on a complaint by Mrs. Mary Albright alleging the minister used abusive language. Haysen pleaded not guilty and the case was adjourned for one week. The complainant says the pastor called her names on April 23 and on other occasions while Rev. Winson claims the charge is false and that she has been troublesome in the congregation leading to her expulsion last Sunday. He says she called him a day swindler and abused other ladies. Hansen is confident he can prove innocence.
