Parkston South Dakota January 25 work on the municipal waterworks has halted until spring. About one mile of mains has been laid and tied to a 2000 barrel tank powered by a 15 horsepower gasoline engine. The tank can be filled in twelve hours and supplies 45 to 50 pounds per square inch.
