Adjourned Term Man Cleared In Disturbance Case
Fred St Peter charged with disturbing a Salvation Army religious meeting had case continued to May in an adjourned term. He was released on his own recognizance as jurors were discharged. Salvation Army leaders said the arrest prompted no further trouble at the barracks and the prosecution was dropped after discussion.
