National Opera Co Presents Grand Duchess at Gale Theatre
The National Opera Company staged the Grand Duchess at Gale theatre Monday night to a good audience. Ethel Balch portrayed the grand duchess with a strong voice and refined acting. Adah Scott as Wanda pleased, while Charles Huntington as General Baum impressed in a serio comic role. Michael Koolch aided the music on violin, and Judge J W Jones traveled through for court in Chamberlain.
