Fire from short circuit endangers Foster home
A short circuit in the electric light wires at Geo. E. Foster's residence started a kitchen blaze Saturday evening before it spread to wallpaper. A bucket of water stopped the flames, and Manager White had the wiring cut to prevent further danger, narrowly avoiding a serious fire. The aged wires likely caused the accident.

Decent Living Topic at Men’s Assembly in Salvation Army Hall
W A Barber addressed the Men’s Assembly Sunday afternoon in the Salvation Army hall on Decent Living to a good crowd.
