Rt. Rev. David Buell Knickerbocker D.D. bishop of Indiana diocese died in Indianapolis at 5 p m from pneumonia. Born February 24 1833 in Schaghticoke N Y he studied at Trinity Hartford and New York Theological Seminary. He served Minneapolis as missionary later bishop of Arizona and New Mexico then Indiana in 1883.
