Washington reports Secretary Trouston estimates American farm crops and animal products last year at 9 73 000 000 dollars, a new record and up about 83 000 000 from 1918. Cotton declined from 2 5 cents to 7 3 cents per pound, while 1913 cotton total reached 846 000 000 dollars, 288 000 000 more than 1914's crop.
