Monday evening the annual meeting of the Building and Loan Association was held at the secretary Wells office. Directors elected include C C Bras H L Brae J J McDougall R N Kratz J O Walrath A B Seaton A E Dean A Hitchcock and Lewis J Weich. Officers chosen president J O Walrath vice president J J McDougall secretary C C Bras treasurer Lewis J Weich. Wells declined re election after several years in the post. The association reports good condition and progress on a new house east of Fourth street for sale upon completion with another house to follow if sale is brisk.
