In San Francisco M W Fox sues Hale and Norcross Mining Co accusing Howard and Hobart of using dummy directors and the Nevada and Mexican mills to divert profits. Fox contends stockholders lost over 2 million in four years and warns many more suits may follow if he wins. Meantime a separate report notes a Northern Pacific freight wreck at Sauk Rapids delaying a passenger train.
