Threshing Engine Explosion Kills Man in Howard Area
A threshing engine at the James Eller farm 12 miles NW of Howard exploded on Wednesday afternoon. Fireman J M Almond of Auburn Michigan was instantly killed as the front end of the engine was hurled into the separator and the rear with tender blown back. The body was torn in two. Coroner H B Noble ruled the accident accidental and no one else was hurt. The rig was a complete wreck.

Man Injured After Fall From Threshing Engine
