Judge Kellams Position In Bank Controversy
The Pierre Free Press reports opposition efforts to make political capital of Judge Kellam’s link to the Chamberlain bank. It notes Kellam refused to engage in a newspaper feud and said the loan was a legitimate historical business arrangement. He claims he only learned of the bank’s trouble when the loan was reassigned and that he had not drawn salary for about eight years.
