Vermillion South Dakota Mrs Aliie Tre wartha of Platte was fined ten dollars and costs in justice court for selling rotten eggs to a local produce firm. Joseph Wendling, wanted in Louisville for the murder of Alma Kellner, was captured in San Francisco today. He was the janitor at the church where the girl was last seen before her body was found in a sewer near the church.
