Death of Mrs Ann Curran in local obsequies
Funeral services for Mrs. Ann Curran were held Saturday at the Catholic church with Very Reverend Dean Shea officiating at 10:30 a.m. A G A R detachment escorted the casket from Hanson Street to the cemetery where pallbearers listed were Chris Kirschbaum Mike Brennan Joseph Koch D W Collins Joseph MecLaughin and James Foran. The 66 year old widow had suffered pneumonia and leaves one daughter. Her husband Michael Curran had earlier been confined to a Yankton asylum.

North Brothers Comedians Open Week With Strong Presentation
The North Brothers Comedians drew a large Mitch ell audience on opening night. Headed by C. C. North the company delivered an honest product with a capable cast. The Little Princess provided a fresh drama while Miss Hamilton impressed with singing and encores. The Holmans offered solid vocal numbers and Mr and Mrs Munroe led the orchestra with Mrs Munroe handling piano and cornet. The illustrated pictures were unusually clear.
