Sweeny Accused of Fish Catching and Profiteering
A long complaint charges Dr Sweeny with netting and selling large quantities of garden fish during spawning, then letting the eggs hatch and turning profits to dealers while funds go to the government. He denies wrongdoing, claiming right to fish in season and that profits support public agencies.
