Davison County commissioners vote to build a 24 foot A truss bridge with four eight foot wings between Prosper and Rome townships. They refund 19.58 to S W quarter tax receipt by error and cancel Harold Jensen tax lien. They extend T H Stevens loan, decide against a State Fair exhibit, set mortgaged property sale sites, redeem sale certificates, refund Rosa Sigmond interest, and approve bills for drain work and commissioner salaries. A county auditor certifies the record.

March real estate transfers flood Davison county records
In March, 158 real estate transfers were recorded at the register of deeds office, with about three quarters for farm property signaling eastward settlement. The past two weeks list transfers including Martha Rose to Eliza H. Alexander and multiple parcels in Mitchell and Mt. Vernon, among others, with sums like 10000 and 2500 noted. An ad for Hall's Catarrh Cure claims constitutional treatment and lists F J Cheney & Co as makers.
