Land Sale Drives 34 of 35 Seekers to Warner Claim
Lethbridge Alberta Times reports O. W. Kerr Co of Fargo North Dakota has bought a large tract at Warner and controls town sites nearby. A party of farmers sent to view the land saw 34 of 35 purchase, praising soil and climate. Judge Ankeny of Minneapolis endorses the venture and notes a high prospect for settlers.
