Cain died at West Arrow home after several weeks illness. Survived by wife and two daughters. Funeral at Catholic church and burial Ridge Park cemetery.

A coroner's inquest in Marshall Missouri on October 8 1910 ruled Fay Conway died about 1130 pm from unknown causes after an incident with W A Armstrong at a South English Avenue residence. Armstrong had previously been jailed and was released shortly before.
