Katherine Susie Clawson, age 3, died after a stove fire at the North School area home of Mr and Mrs E B Clawson Saturday evening. Mrs Clawson found the child’s clothes ablaze and fire extinguished before she died at 3 am Sunday from inhalation injuries. Blue Lick church members are urged to meet at the church on Saturday December 21 to consider calling a new pastor after Rev T H Boviware resigned. E T Molinewijk and Rev G W Shepherds family visit St Louis for Thanksgiving and there will be no church services except Sunday School. The Cumberland Presbyterian Ladies Missionary Society held a Thanksgiving social with a large crowd and refreshments. The Young Men's Brotherhood of the Christian church met at the church Tuesday night with a bountiful repast. Rev Ernst Runge will preach in German at the Episcopal church at 3 p.m. next Sunday.
