The adjourned session of criminal court opened Tuesday morning with Judge Rich presiding. Wm Mounts was acquitted of disturbing the peace after a jury trial. Clell Smith pled guilty to larceny and was sentenced to two years. Sylvester Cruthgool was fined 300 for unlawful liquor sale. Ongoing cases included vitacthcate v Ohlendorf, also acquitted. Wednesday morning Wm Davis pled guilty to petty larceny and was fined 100. Charles Jordon pled guilty to selling liquor and was fined 300 and paroled. Woodly charged with criminal antler received a 25 fine.
