Union Tent Meetings Revive Local Revival Camp

District revival services at the tent drew about 1500 attendees over three nights starting Sunday June 23. A 125-voice choir led by Geiger performed with Miss Fannie Taylor on organ, and Rev J W Howell preached a noted Deuteronomy sermon. Collections for seating costs totaled $20 with ongoing nightly offerings. Monday featured Rev J F Kemper delivering a strong Christian appeal, while Tuesday's heat did not deter large crowds as Rev A M Lehr spoke on Luke 19 10 with themes of man condition God's love and Christ's grace amid refined revival fervor.
