Mrs Elizabeth Brown died at her home on West Summit Friday February 5 at 1 15 p m aged 77 years 2 months Born in England she lived there and in Wisconsin before moving to Saline and Marshall She was a wife and mother of twelve children all living and present at the funeral A large number gathered to pay last respects with Rev R E Smith and Didelet Superintendent Jones officiating The music was by Ruth Rose with Mintes McCormick and Addie Nichols The pallbearers were Henry Covert W S Hu ten J W Rose M P McGinns L M Morrow and Jacob VanDyke Burial followed at Salt Springs

Interment Ridge Park. Lassie Thompson dies age 19 from heart failure. Baptist church member since age 14. Funeral Sunday. burial at Antoiah cemetery. Rodney D Fisher known as Uncle Rodney died at his home after a brief illness. He was aged and frail. The funeral was held today at 11 o'clock at Blackwater Chapel with Rev R K Makien officiating. The body was laid to rest there.

In the cemetery there Tauntonian Mrs A E Hamilton aged 65 died at her North English home Wednesday evening after nine short times of acute heart trouble. Funeral services will be held at 10 this morning at the residence and burial at Ridge Park cemetery. The bereaved receive heartfelt sympathy. Dr Robi Grimes, brother of Mrs D L Cooper, died at Hot Springs Ark Sunday. Mr Cooper and daughters attended the funeral Tuesday at Wirteliven. Wesey Henrys sister who came from Ohio to make her home with Hin at Chioagow died there Tuesday and her remains were taken to her own home for burial.

Missouri Pacific Announces Train Service Overhaul
The Missouri Pacific will shift service on the St. Louis to Kansas City line starting next Sunday. Two morning trains will run between St. Louis and Kansas City with a meeting near Jefferson City, replacing existing local passenger service. A new local may be added later, but for now the change reduces utility for the county. Conductor P. M. Adame, after seven years on this branch, has been relieved from duty.
