Motions approved minutes October 2 1969 financial statements and various payments including Hoffman Construction Ltd progress payments for Hamiota and Birtle Collegiate additions. Lindy Lee awarded James Jackson Scholarship and St Georges Hall rented for kindergarten. adjourned to October 16 1969.
