Inaugural Birdtail River No 38 board meeting held
CRANDALL The inaugural meeting of Birdtail River School Division No 38 was held at 7 30 p m November 5 1975 at the division office Trustees took oath of office for wards 1 2 3 5 6 7 9 and re elected Earl A Butcher as chairman and Gerald Shier as vice chairman for one year A special meeting followed with ten trustees present Various correspondences and approvals were recorded including payroll processing facilities allocations and 1975 76 season approvals for local clubs and schools Minutes and committee structures were set and capital outlay requests totaling 34760 for 1976 were approved with appointing head teachers for several schools. Adjournment at 11 20 p m.
