The rural council held a Court of Revision and general business sessions in Minsota on November 2. After routine matters and October financial statements were read, resolutions reduced several assessments: NE 19 13-26 by 200 dollars, NE 1s 15-28 by 200 dollars, NW 35-12 26 by 100 dollars, NE 4 14-26 by 50 dollars, SW 5-15-26 by 100 dollars, NW 5.15 26 by 100 dollars.
A bylaw requires a permit from the Rural Municipality of Miniota Council to maintain or establish farms or ranches for rearing farm animals within the municipality. The permit fee is $2.00. John Spalding, Secretary Treasurer.
Public notice from the Rural Municipality of Miniota announces a December 15 1942 auction of lands to recover arrears of taxes and costs. The list includes numerous parcel descriptions with associated arrears amounts and costs and notes all lands are patented and subject to rights of way and diversions.
