Kinsmen Talent Night Shines At Miniota Event
The Kinsmen staged a Friday night talent show in Miniota with acts from Miniota High School, Grade 3 and 4 Chorus, Boys Group and more. Votes by donations determined winners with Grades 1 and 2 Chorus first, Boys Group second, and a Duet third. prize money raised to 175 dollars. Mr McLaren thanked Mrs Lloyd Oliver for arranging the program.

Beulah Rink Wins Trophies and Carnival Planned
A rink skipped by G Lyttle won trophies at Miniota and lawn chairs at Foxwarren Bon spiels. The ladies rink club met Tuesday at Mrs S Fieury’s home and planned a carnival for Friday March 19. Mr T Walker and his bride were guests of honour at a social evening in the school auditorium on Saturday evening March 6th.
