Readers debate road maintenance in Arrow River district with calls to identify road authorities and reform culvert practices. Contributors urge better funding, contractor hiring by yard or job, and cement culverts, while demanding accountability from council and inspectors.
For Dominion Day July 1 the Canadian Pacific Railway will sell tickets between all stations Port Arthur and West at a single fare plus one third for round trip. Tickets on sale June 29 to July 1 inclusive with return until July 4, 1911. Envelopes lots of them all sizes price right.
