Agriculture Minister Sam Askiw reports that in five years 7,900 farmers received 1.14 million dollars in federal provincial grants to install outdoor sewer and water facilities under Manitoba programs. Savings of at least 500,000 on materials were achieved via bulk purchasing. grants cover up to 300 per farmstead and 200 per additional dwelling.
