Ladies Host Miscellaneous Shower at Old School Recreation Room
About fifty ladies gathered in the old school Recreation room on Wednesday afternoon for a miscellaneous shower for Mrs. Doug. Spalding. The room was decorated with bun d ing plants and flowers. A miniature boat named Duchess of Athol was drawn in by Patsy Hodnett in sailor dress. After an address by Miss Kallie Lynch the gifts were presented and accepted with thanks. Community singing and social time concluded with lunch.
