Miniota Rural Council Passes Farm Policy and Property Measures
The Miniota rural council, led by Reeve J R Lynch, approved co operation with the Federal Department of Agriculture on the 1942 crop production policy and related remuneration. It directed actions on tax titles, by laws for land sales, arrears payments, lease adjustments, tenant telephones, tax cancellation for No 424 15 27, notices to vacate rooms, house repairs Beulah lots, medical exams for students over 14, and Portage La Prairie admission for Norman Higgins. The meeting adjourned to a Court of Revision July 11.
