The Pacific Express No. 97 of the C P R wrecked near Pringle after a freight collision, delaying the two sections from North Bay. The lead section reached Trudeau after tracks cleared. the following section collided, telescoping cars. One man was killed and seven injured, including Chas C Amey of Miniota, with condition unknown. Further details were not yet available at press time.
