Miniota Sports Day Draws Big Crowd Despite Rain
Miniota held a full day of events with about 600 spectators at noon and over 500 paid admissions. The gate receipts and booths raised around $900, meals brought in $150, and the evening performance of Our Regiment drew a large crowd, aiding the English Church fund. The day featured football, racing, military sports, and a postponed final decided by coin flip.
