August 14 Crop Insurance Deadline Reminder
Manitoba farmers are reminded by Agriculture Minister Sam Uskiw of a five percent discount on crop insurance premiums paid to the Manitoba Crop Insurance Corporation if completed by August 15 1977. Farmers may mail premiums or pay at agents, with past uptake around half. Also urged to submit Grain Stored on Farm forms before harvest to avoid overestimating production and possible indemnity reductions.
