Miniota Council Minutes June 28 1921
The Municipality of Miniota met at Hawthorne Hall with the Reeve presiding. Actions included re surveying ditch on nw 23-1325 at owner expense, inquiries into equalized assessments, wage rates for graders and laborers, raising road mill rate, ordering slashers, stamping scrapers, inspecting culverts, supporting provincial sanatorium funds, enforcing noxious weed act, granting 250 for road opening, requesting telephone installation dates, paying James Warren for right of way, notifying weed inspectors, adjusting Crandell telephone central emergency coverage, seeking railway transfer station at Quadra, and adjourning to August 10. Councillor Robinson voted nay.
