Amid economic strain the Family Herald and Weekly Star reports rising circulation for Canada’s National Farm Magazine. The rural weekly highlights farm matter coverage, entertaining stories, Women’s and Children’s sections, and a coveted Sunday feature, priced at 82.00 for four years.
Mr and Mrs Deans express sincere thanks to Miniota Hospital staff for kindness shown during Mrs Deans illness. They appreciate the many inquiries and visits from friends during her hospital stay.

Fifteen years ago Mr and Mrs J Stowe welcomed twin daughters Manitoba enjoyed pleasant writing fame with Miss H Tarner and A Spencer winning fancy dress prizes at the skating carnival.

Allocations made for telephone rentals to general account. Several salaries for telephone operators and staff listed. Next meeting scheduled.
