Cecil Arnold visited friends at St Lazare and Kenneth Leland arrived home to be welcomed back from overseas. Nurse Irene Hurlin accepted a staff position at Virden hospital. Mrs W H Arnold and Cecil visit Regina relatives. Red Cross sent 13 girls long sleeve sweaters and 4 quilts, plus Glenilochar sweaters for 4 girls.

A military whist drive and old time dance will be held at Miniota Hall on Friday February 15 with cards at 8 30 sharp. Admission 50 cents with music and lunch. proceeds go to the Rest Room Fund under Miniota W L Srs. Clayton Currie and family plan to move to Vancouver soon.

The annual meeting chaired by Pastor Rev. K. A. Moyer reported a church membership of 71, 13 baptisms and 2 funerals in the year, $1540.51 raised with $1315.05 expenses and $225.46 on hand. W MS held 12 meetings and two specials, $80 sent to Presbyterial, W A raised $545.50, disbursed $367.21. Missionary fund $12940 raised, officials elected include W J Strachan D Deans and L 16 Long as stewards for three years, L B Reynolds as envelope secretary. Sunday school and YPU offered encouraging reports. a dainty lunch concluded the meeting.
