Champions crowned at Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto
Western provinces claim multiple top awards as Grand Champion titles prevail. Robert Thomas of Grandora Sask wins senior and Grand Champion with Paragon Kitty, a Belgian mare, while Starlight Konkarness, a Percheron mare shown by Hardy Salter of Calgary, secures a twentieth Grand Championship. Ed Noad of Olds Alta earns Reserve Grand Champion steer with Hereford, and Golden Princess, a Palomino mare owned by Miss Gloria Klavk of Calgary, takes Reserve Grand Champion mare. A wide group of western judges contributed to the event.
